In cooperation with the Radstation, HIM facilitates access to a pool of bicycles for exclusive use by HIM guests.

Your contractual partner is the Radstation behind the main train station (Quantiusstraße corner Poppelsdorfer Allee, map). The Radstation maintains a fleet of 30 bicycles that accommodates both genders and all sizes.

To rent a bike, fill in the online form below. Within 24 hours the Radstation will send you an appointment (Monday to Sunday). Take your passport and show your HIM ID to sign a simple contract with the Radstation. HIM guests do not pay a daily rental fee, as do other customers. Instead, you deposit €150 once for the duration of your stay.

Please return your (clean) bike from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Sunday & holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The mechanics inspect it for damage; if there is none, your full deposit of €150 is returned on the spot and in cash. Should your bike be stolen during your “ownership”, your deposit is forfeited.
